Got down to 128 but just got back from a 5 day camping trip. Went off the diet for those days.

Getting back in the saddle now!
134.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

Vacationing, or camping in your case, is so hard. I'm leaving for a short vacation in a couple of weeks and am dreading not having my normal foods around so I can stay on track, but I'm looking forward to getting away. It's all about getting back in that saddle right away and getting back into the routine when we get back. Good luck!!

Just bought a travel scale for future trips. I am "MANIC" about weighing myself every day, when I am home. With the travel scale, I can do it even on the road, so that should help.
