It is so nice to see the weight just melting off for a change, now that they found out what the problem has been to much insolence my body makes to much insolence and on top on that they where giving me insolence shots. So I was gaining weight now they took me off all that stuff went to an endocrinology he is great, so sorry I didn't go to him before. 32.5 lb.'s off. Not on Weight Watchers any more my Dr gave me a diet to follow and it works GREAT. love it

1639 kcal Fat: 65.06g | Prot: 98.24g | Carb: 176.69g.   Breakfast: Publix Half & Half, Stouffer's Signature Classics Creamed Chipped Beef. Lunch: Wine vinegar , Ham steak, Tyson chicken strips, Red delicious apple, Bell Peppers, Balsamic vinegar, olive oil,  Beef strips, Tomatoes. Dinner: Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, Baby Spinach, Atkins Meatloaf with Portobello Mushroom Gravy. Snacks/Other: Red Delicious Apples, Papaya, Raisins, Strawberries. more...

YAY for you! I'm happy for you that you've gotten off insulin (AKA "the fat-storage hormone") and are losing weight! It's a great feeling:-) Keep it up!

Thank you so much just 125.lb.'s to go but I'm am taking baby steps 10 lb.'s at a time.
