What a beautiful and cool morning! It's 56 degrees out. Went walking with Diana. Steps: 9498 3 1/2 miles. Have a get together with family tomorrow and Monday - holiday. Eating of course, is the main thing on both, but not worried, I've done fine with them. I've been doing this long enough now, I know what I can and can's (shouldn't) have. Hope everyone has a great Labor Day weekend.
