I'm working out good but I think I need to rework my eating plan. Coz I'm now stuck...
196.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Here are some tips to get over a weight loss plateau. At this point, the only option is to boost metabolism by: * increased cardio, * weight training, * 'cheat' meals (i.e. occasional high-calorie meals), * cycling (or zig-zagging) calories, * even manipulating macro-nutrient ratios can all help boost metabolism (don't forget adequate sleep and hydration).

Thank for the tips everyone. I think I just need more sleep so taking a week off from exercise and re-planning my workout and fixing all my meals in advance for the next month.. Hope all of you are doing great..
