i didnt watch my carbs as closely as i should have so didnt lose alot this week steped up my walking though. my total steps for today was 16758. walking is getting so much easier YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
181.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
