Gained about 45 pounds during my pregnancy- now just 8 months later i have not only lost the pregnancy weight but 6 more pounds! I have been doing the low carb diet mixed with a low calorie diet and Keeping up a Pilates regiment twice a week. My friends joke and say i am a professional dieter but I say its just a lifestyle now. Good Luck to everyone out there. If you put your mind to it you can do it!- The challenges are fun and I would suggest doing the small simple ones to make it a little interesting.
