My mother-in-law passed away on August 5th, and my husband and I have been travelling for the last two weeks. But I'm back home now and want to get this weight off. My plan is to stay on the high protein diet, and work out. No more than 1300 calories a day, and some kind of 30 minute exercise per day. My goal weight is 140 lbs. Target Date: February 22ns, 2011
