kind of in a stuck this month. earlier in the month was not monitoring how muxh sugar I was taking in. now I have been. 1.4 lbs over what I was a month ago. need to lose this and then only 2 lbs. and I'll make my goal of 128!!
132.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
