My lowest weight for 2012 was 150.5. I would like to get below 150 in 2013. I've been working on loosing these few pounds while also trying to make this a lifestyle change. I've been steadly loosing while not feeling deprived and working it into a hectic schedule so I feel I have found what works for me!
151.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

WhoooHoooo! It does feel so good to be in control. We know what to do now when we have a setback.it used to be that I would get discouraged and 1 pound would turn into 10. No more extreme dieting for me - that is too hard to maintain. It is the small changes that we incorporate into our lifestyle that make the difference.

That's great!!!! Nice job ladies!! I'm not going to bother with my own journal right now. But, for the love of all that is holy... I need to get rid of the leftover cake in my refrigerator from Owen's birthday!!! I love cake. mmmm..... :D
