This morning is such a change from yesterday!
First of all, I'm back to where I was at the beginning of the week, and that makes me feel really good.
Secondly, I've completed the first week of the crunch challenge I'm participating in, and I passed this week! Upwards and onwards.
Lastly, I worked out this morning, and I decided to go back on the elliptical (for the past few weeks I had been doing something called a CrossRamp, which feels a bit like a hybrid of a elliptical and a stairmaster), and I did a half hour at 5mph and I didn't feel exhausted at the end! According to the exercise log, jogging is roughly 5mph, so I may have to try going for a jog instead of a walk in the near future.

Still to go: 66.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
