Went to st. Patrick's day parade yesterday. I had eggs and bacon sausage and egg casserole, a turkey burger on wheat, jambalaya, and 12 wheat crackers with cheddar. Margarita too
176.8 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
