so discouraged that I gained despite exercising like crazy!
179.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercising lie crazy can cause the muscles to retain water to help them heal. The muscle fibers tear and retain water to help the heal. This can show on the scale as a temporary gain, no loss or smaller loss than usual. It will go away when the muscles get used to the activity. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Keep going and the scale will eventually catch up.
