Just had "Cheez-its" ON INDUCTION! Linda is seriously an Atkins angel!! Anyone with cracker cravings needs to try this!!

My granddaughter love these and calls them cheese chips. I've been making my own version of them for years. I use shredded cheddar cheese spread out on a plate. Microwave for 3 or 4 minutes, then lift the cheese off of the plate with a fork and break into chips.
