OMG I can't stop eating today! I did the same thing yesterday. I don't know what my issue is but I feel like I'm starving all the time. If I'm learning anything then I've learned I should be asking myself why I think I'm hungry all the time. So far the only answers I've come up with is.. Almond butter is yummy, turkey is yummy, chips sound good right now... For some reason the whole self reflecting thing REALLY isn't working! Pulled pork would be amazing right now.

See? It's just wrong. Maybe it's the under 155 thing. The second I get below 155 I seem to end up licking everything in sight. CRAP!

I still can't see what the bodymedia counter is picking up. But.. a new computer is on it's way to the house. Ours is about 10 yrs old anyways and was already having issues so I suppose it was time. Still.. it would be nice if ours would work until then so I can see what I'm burning so I can eat my weight in almond butter. I think tomorrow is going to turn into an anti-carb fest. I tried adding carbs to follow jillian's program but seriously? I'm on my 4th spoonful of almond butter.

White flour and whole grain flour makes me hungrier then usual. You been eating much with that in it the past couple of days?

Your journals are hilarious...because its so true! We all have days (leading up TOM for me) where we feel like eating everything and your stomach is an endless pit. I hope you find your inner food angel before your fridge is emptied. 😉

Those are the answers that I've been coming up with lately too!! Dang all the yummy food!! At least you're using a spoon for the almond butter and not just your fingers.... :)

lol. Joey on Friends "peanut butter fingers" as an appetizer = you just dip two fingers directly into the jar and insert into mouth. mmm
