Really disappointed and annoyed with myself that I've been so lax and just let the pounds back on. Too much junk food, and realistically only doing one 600cal day a week. Also zero exercise other than 24min fitness video once or twice a week and netball. Need to get stricter again with logging calories and avoiding sugary foods. Essentially I have 4 weeks now to lose 15lbs... So annoyed I lost focus.
