Happy to have lost the weight I gained over the weekend of behaving badly! :) Tomorrow starts the Challenge, so no more cheating and making excuses. I have to listen to my body and if I am tired, I rest or I pay. Fibromyalgia is a mean disease. As long as I play by her rules I am good, for the most part.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
