up nearly a stone in 2 weeks. I knew I'd take a weight hit with my friends stag weekend but a stone! very annoyed with myself. must get back into a good routine again.
193.6 lb Lost so far: 117.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
