two weeks - don't mind the diet, or the water but long to eat something that has crunch.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Carrots and celery aren't the type of crunch you are looking for? There is a recipe for baked kale I think it is, that sounds like it gets crispy. I haven't tried it yet but it might be worth it to look it up.Great job on the 12 pounds! Keep it up!

Have eaten so many carrots and celery sticks that I think I noticed my ears changing shape - sort of taking on a bunny rabbit look...HA! I was literally a potato chip addict so am looking for that light crispy crunch of a chip with that slightly salty taste...Mini Dill pickles seem to satisfy that crunchy need for now...Stood in the grocery isle looking at pork rinds for a long time, but having never eaten one - I am a bit hesitant. Don't want to trade one addiction for another...

I've heard about the kale chips! Many people like them. Good idea about the pickles (I will have to try that). I've tried the pork rinds before and wasn't a fan. (Also, health wise, I don't believe you would be doing much better unless you were watching your carbs.)

Pork rinds are a lifesaver when I'm craving something crunchy, or to take to the movies while others in my party are having popcorn. I've even found a brand that offers a nacho cheese flavor along with the hot and the regular. But it's like anything else, even on Atkins--everyone has to exercise a form of control. They have zero carbs, but eating half a bag (or a whole bag in my case if I'd let myself lol) will not help you to lose weight!

Oh and PS--I love kale chips! But even they can be over-eaten (don't ask me how I know this, heh).

I see that a few are not into pork rinds, but for me, they're the best, next to fresh cracklins. Depending where you are in the country, cracklin's might not be available. Careful when you pick the pork rinds, some of the brands and flavors have carbs! I was interested to see "carrots" and "celery". This is my 2nd Atkins (the first was 24 years ago) I'm much OLDER now and the diet is evidently different. I'm not up to carrots yet. Another great crunchy thing for me is bacon. I store mine, chopped in the fridge and toss it in just about anything that needs something to "sink your teeth into". (I even add it to deviled egg filling). I love the idea of Kale chips. I think I saw Melissa D'Arabian make them in the oven.
