I went to class today and weighed in. I have lose 6 lbs. I am proud of myself. The first week is always a big one so next week I am shooting for 2 lbs. My goal for next week is to lose 2 lbs and increase my walking to 5 days at 30 minutes and and 2 days at 45 minutes. Also to keep tracking my food plan and exercise and journaling. They say if you can do this for 2 weeks it becomes a habit. One week down.
