ok, some updates:

I officially met my goal of going to the gym 3 times last week! Sunday, Thursday and Saturday. And, tonight the BF and I are going together! He's signing up, and we're beginning our "lifestyle change" of working out together, hopefully 3 times a week (to start). VERY excited. It's going to be good for both of us. This week we're going tonight, Thursday, and either friday or sat (or both!)

This weekend I was pretty bad on my diet. A little too much "celebrating". i'm switching back to weekly weigh-ins (thursdays) so hopefully i can do some damage control before the next one. South Beach is especially hard for me right now w/all the fabulous summer produce! So, I'm focusing on cutting out white flour/sugar while still allowing myself to indulge in sweet corn, local purple potatoes, and sweet delicious fruits!
