I upped my intensity on my workouts and found a new diet plan. I eat soup and salad for lunches and always snack of fruits or vegetables. This is my two week weigh in. :)
252.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.0 lb a week
