I am currently at what the hell is wrong wirh the scale stage. I am frustrated because 1200 -1400 calories is healthy but not moving the numbers very fast. I feel better and am a luttle more active but instead of vegetables today would like a big fat steak.. enough complaining I should have exercised more. Did get back on my bike yesterday.. loved it...

You are losing fine. This is a marathon, not a 5K. It takes time to get the weight off. Your learning how to slowly make changes that will enable you to keep it off. Just keep going. You can do this! You are doing amazing.
