my weigh in will be tomorrow! and I gained a pound for working out and eating my normal calorie intake! :O is this my muscles firming up?

Exercise can cause muscles to temporarily hold water to help them heal. It can show on the scale as a gain, no loss or smaller loss than normal. It will go away. Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuation.

Yes but if you are messuring your body you will see that you are still losing inches. Its not all about the weight the inches count alot too. because from one day to another our can hold water and not show a loss but if your messuring it will.
