not a good week with my diet. Not stuck to my eating plans and fell foul of a major trigger food without realising until I'd eaten everything. Still, not gained anything so can use this as a new starting point, draw a line under last week and carry on with healthy eating.
183.9 lb Lost so far: 127.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
