It's got to be water weight. Up a half a pound??? Ate 1200 calories yesterday and 21 net carbs. Maybe it was the almonds?? Will cut those out for 2 weeks and go hard-core induction.
170.5 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
