subzero wind chills in which I can't breath and frozen pipes kept me from the walk for three full days. Dog is bummed out, so am I. We were just starting to really enjoy it and look forward to it. Bipolar is cycling down into depression, my doctor is sick... crummy week.
199.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
