tomorrow is my ffaaat day and im sooo exciteedd..i decided to have one cheat day a week, pleaase suggest how many calories should a cheat day be? xx

Comments Hey Turtle, I personally think whilst you must enjoy the free day, do it in moderation, so that come Sunday you are not thinking 'what did I do'! On my cheat day, I enjoyed a TUB of Haag ice cream (that was nice) but since I have become more disciplined barr the Lion Bar addiction, I do not find myself missing the Cheat Day foods; in fact, I can actually include bits of them more in my regular week because I can do so in moderation. Try and make that your goal, to eat sensibly week in week out and not torture your body week out, week in for that way, you will have the discipline and would have made the life time diet changes, making all else less a battle on days when you cannot adhere to the plan.

Good log entry for 23rd - well done keep going BUT be sensible. Remember when you starve the body of it's fuel requirements, it goes into panic mode and conserves and does not release as much fat and other things it requires. See your body as a well tuned car, you need gas in it the tank to move otherwise, it just has to pull into the hard shoulder....
