I started the NutriSystem program on January 14th and my starting weight was 169.0 lbs. A little chunky for my size.
As of 1/31/13 I am down to 163.2 lbs. The program I'm on I have weekends off. There are some items I don't like, not an oatmeal fan or split pea soup person.
