Good morning FS. Still no word on Black Betty....hopefully she goes to paint shop today.

It was very nice to have the 200 extra calories yesterday. I have to say that the work day was very stressful and when I stress I typically eat. I recognized myself wanting to feed that stress and in a bad way. If it weren't so cold and icy here I would've went for a walk. Instead I added some sugar free chocolate syrup to my bullet proof coffee. It seemed to do the trick on those chemicals in my brain. Then a long soak in the tub after work.

Although there was no loss yesterday today made up for it. I have officially met my February goal and am working on March. It is nice to have that 'headstart' as I know the losses will slow back down. That is okay though because I know where I am headed and will stay my course to get there.

Sorry work is so stressful. That's part of the battle, finding other ways besides eating junk to cope with everyday stressors and looks like you found a dang good way! I'll have to look for SF chocolate syrup. That coffee sounded really good!
