BLAAAAAAAAH! That about sums up my day. I think I got a total of 3 hours of sleep last night in 30 minute intervals, I got to get up at 4:30am to an extremely happy very awake little man, started my period and gained 2 lbs. Seriously? Blah. If I wasn't so swamped at work I would have stayed home. Needless to say my exercising challenge isn't getting very far at the moment. I think my body has turned into puddy.
Heck.. I think my mind has turned into puddy. I feel like puddy.

In my quest to feel like a smaller blob of puddy I did think today. I've decided to log every drink, bite, sip, and lick for the Feb challenge. I'm eliminating soda. No more cheating. No more low carb bars.. mostly because I ate them all. I will be a 150 lb blob of puddy by the end of February. Yup yup.. this could just be the random crazy ranting. I'm not really sure at this point. I need a nap.

Wahoo! Except you won't be a smaller blob of puddy with all those exercises, more like a smaller, "sculpted" piece of puddy :)

Good job on deciding to cut out pop that will be a few more calories you get to eat instead!

Cutting out pop should make a difference. I've cut out everything with carbonation and it seems to help. Not so bloaty and no artificial sweeteners.

Yep, you can definitely reach 150 by the end of Feb! I hope you get some sleep though. Fresh well rested mind always does better at resisting temptation!

PUDDY, wow, that is the PERFECT WORD FOR ME TODAY!!!! but I am a PUDDY BLOB. Those carb bars are so good if you can just have one. I eat them all too. When I buy a box, I keep saying, just one a day. NOT, it is like they have a mouth and speak to me from the top of the cabinet! Feel better, and YES YES YES< log everything! That really wakes me up. Hope the puddy goes away soon, don't work too hard:-) and your little man must be awesome!

You can do it! On a funny note, our nickname for our dog is Puddy. Buddy + Puppy = Puddy. His name is really Conan, though. :-)
