Today started entirely too early and too rocky or icy as the case may be for my liking. I was up and out at 4am checking roads to see how things were so we could get ready to go to the hospital to sit through my uncles surgery. Everything looked great all the way up until I headed back down the steps (4th or 5th time) to get in the car. Step 2 got me! Everything was completely covered in ice in a matter of 10 minutes. I took a long ride on my behind down 4 steps and managed to knock out all of the rungs running from the hand rail down to the steps on one side. Needless to say my behind, hip, and elbow are all very sore! Then after dealing with the pain from that and waiting on the roads to thaw back out we finally made it to the hospital (yes they'd already started the planned procedure on time). I haven't really wanted to eat much today so I just used it to my advantage and stuck with the Fat Fast until supper. I also had a little problem that I don't know how to log with my food. I really wanted spaghetti and I remembered that at one point we'd picked up some of the Dreamfield's Penne Pasta that only has 5 digestible carbs per serving but is recorded as 41 carbs per serving. So I went ahead and logged it based on the actual info and will just try to remember that I had the LC pasta. Otherwise, I'm still well within my pasta range and caloric range. I'm only going to do weigh ins on Sunday's starting this week-hopefully that will work okay.

EDIT: I'm really not sure how one can be well within their "pasta range." I must have been more tired than I thought. That was supposed to say CARB--not sure how it became pasta. There's your joke of the day.
