Having a hard time getting my fiber up without adding to my carb count. For 20g of fiber, I am hitting about 30g carb a day. I will have to see if this keeps me balanced and still in the going down in weight category. Hope so!

The Atkins bar you had does not have that much fiber. Some of the carbs that is listed under fiber is sugar alcohol and not fiber. Good choices for fiber is vegetables. Some dark greens for example are quite high. Avocado would be another good source of fiber

Liv is correct. To stay around 20 net carbs AND get a reasonable amount of fiber, you need to concentrate on fiber-rich veggies. Remember that 12-15 of the 20 net carbs you're shooting for, should come from veggies. Any products or foods that give you carbs WITHOUT fiber, are working against your personal goal of keeping your fiber up and staying around that 20 net carb target. It's tough to keep things balanced in Induction because there's very little room for carbs that aren't veggies. You might want to review some of the sample menus for Induction in either the book, or over on the Atkins site to give you some ideas.
