ok. I just started this diet this afternoon.. I have already done bad this morning. I had a sausage mcmuffin, and six slices of pineapples from traders joes. againg this was this morning and now I have decided this diet. bring it on.

Its OK. You will have days like that. Just don't eat a heavy dinner. Take one day at a time. I have 13lbs to go. Good luck.

Dont worry about it...next thing and moving forward...I like those breakfast sandwit ches too! Hard habit to kick...but you can do it!
