1800 Calories a day - First week of 3 day split - only two days of aerobic....need to integrate it more....Pre-Set Daily workout with 1 hour of weights and 30 minutes of walking - Daily intake is 3812... 2000K reduction daily ~ 14000 week ~ 4 lbs per week if I can get the walking in.....Need to take vitamins and aminos.....
