My goal for yesterday was 126.5 lbs. or less. I'm 129. I wouldn't be all that upset except for the fact that I weighed in at 126.5 on Wednesday, two days before my goal, and I was ecstatic. What a let-down when I got on the scale again on Friday and I had gained 2.5 lbs. I'm not even sure what I did wrong for that to happen. =o(

Did you work out harder than normal? It could be from swollen muscle tissue retaining water.

Yes, indeed big ups and downs in short time is due to water which often gets stored do to high sodium intake. If you were 126.5 on Wed and you did not consume an extra 9000 calories, then you are still 126.5. You can make the scale say that again by drinking a huge amount of water to flush yourself out.
