Ok, so I cheated, my love affair with the scale prevailed and I weighed myself this morning to find that I had actually lost some weight since yesterday. I had been chugging water all day yesterday which must have helped me drop some bloating salt/water weight and I'm down to 196.6. My goal is going to change, I want to be 194 by next friday, a weight loss of 2 pounds in a week. I think that's pretty reasonable since I'm still toward the beginning of my weight loss journey and I've read several times that you tend to lose weight more easily at the start of you overall weight loss. So 194 it is!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 46.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
