Long day of running around, feels nice to finally sit n relax. havent been sleeping well the past couple nights....strange. Hope thats not the case tonight cause i know im in need of some amazing rest. Need to weigh myself soon and see if there is any progress. I wonder though, how much longer does it take to see the results of loosing weight while eating healthy versus eating healthy and exercising?
