Relieved to see some movement downward again. Learned I really do have to stay at or under 20 carbs for now. Also got some good advice from teammates re sugar alcohols and not eating ANYthing with flour, even low carb tortillas. They can be added back in later.......happy with my progress even tho not dramatic loss. Going to go for a 30 minute walk today plus do a 30 minute yoga dvd.

I know how frustrating it is not to see a rapid weight loss especially since the first 6 pounds you lost went so fast. The following pounds will come off much more slowly but they will come off. For example - didn't you just lose another pound? You CAN do this!

Thanks! Did a PBS show slow workout and it FELT GREAT. The sun is now out so going to walk. Lots of energy today so I think the full sodium broth 2x day is helping already. I CAN do this, you're right!
