Last night, i increased my calorie intake, and i lost weight hahaha...Sounds Great :D

Nodaa, I am SO proud of you for doing this. It is so hard for people sometimes to see that eating more is good! But you must be very smart and really caring about yourself to see that and to trust it and make the change. And look at how it is paying off!!! You are losing weight so much better than before. This just makes me so happy because I remember when I figured out the same thing and it changed my whole life so I know yours is going to change for good too!! Congratulations, you are doing so fantastic.
