I'm following my diet with healthy foods and trying to incorporate more veggies.
Need to fast more (lunch to lunch fasting is easy!).
Need to eat hearty breakfasts and lunches and don't eat after 6 or 7 PM.
Need to drink lots of water and eat lots of veggies and complex carbs on work-out days.
