Getting back on track!

Walked for an hour this evening; ten laps on the fort. Saturday past was great. Finally returned to my outdoor exercise class at 6 a.m. and walked 5 laps around the fort after. I remember when I would walk every day after work, 10 laps; haven't missed a beat and that was more that 15 years ago! Wow! Feeling good and determined to stay on track.
