Despite some game night indiscretions, I seem to be losing weight again. I need to lose about 1 lb. before the Weds weigh in. I think it's doable considering the carbs I have been eating, I most likely have some more water weight to shed, as long as I keep the sodium in check and drink enough water in the next 2 days, plus stick to the low-carb plan, of course.

I got into work pretty early today so I am feeling optomistic about my chances of getting into the gym this week.

I seem to be flipping back and forth between underestimating and overestimating how difficult this whole process is. Back when I started, I thought it was impossible. When I lost so much weight so quickly at first, I began to think it was easy. Now I am back to wondering if it is possible again. When I look at the people who have gone before me and reached their goal, in some cases losing over 100 lbs. or more, I think there must be something special about them that I don't posess. It's hard for me to believe in myself. Why is that?
239.0 lb Lost so far: 75.6 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yay for the weight loss. Water us good. It is definitely possible, girl. You'll see when the weight is all off. You'll laugh at how quickly it all went by, at the end of the day.

I do the same Erin. One day I can to it and will do it, next day that whole "what in the hell was I thinking" sets in and scares me to death. Looking at your loss so far though think of it this way: You are already half way there. Yes Half Way!!! So from now on any that you loose puts you farther from where you started in relation to where you need to go. From this point you will always be MORE than half way there! Great Job!!!!!

Erin, lets meet for coffee this week and talk about this stuff. You have done so well already, and proven to yourself that you can do this, so we need to get to the bottom of what is holding you back. If you want my ear and ideas, that is! Wednesday is out, but other days/evenings are open.
