Saturday and I have about as much energy as a toy car with the batteries removed. Oh well.

Anyways yesterday I had my 2nd counselling appointment. It went really well, I reveiled that I was on this site and about the support I have received from my buddies when I was really low. She was though slightly confused over the whole "fat secrete" name. I happily explained it to her, she seemed to understand alittle more after that. So that appointment went well. After I had an appointment with my regular doctor and I became so frustrated there that I was going to walk out. But I know I can not give up on my quest of getting things done, in regards to my health. However I am still shaking my head and that little inside voice that screams "why the hell won't they listen to me???". DAMN.
So besides all this I was able to do alittle walking despite the freezing tempts and got my hair done as a treat! :D
