Hi all. I rejoined fat secret today because I missed the community. Yes my goal is weight loss, but more than that I just want to feel healthy again. My motivational goal is 4% weight loss in 4 weeks. And then repeat until I reach my ultimate healthy weight somewhere between 160 and 140. That sounds like a huge span but it has been so long since I was in that weight range I'm not sure what would be best yet. My body might say,nope 160 is it for you, and that will be ok. So anyway, glad to be here and looking forward to sharing in the future.
