pls suggest me how to do reduce my weight ?
227.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eat less calories.

Also, count EVERYTHING you ate, and count it right. You WILL lose weight if you eat less calories than you expend in a day.

Yes, I agree. Always record each bite even if you go over.
