Didn't get on the treadmill last night! Shame on me! Ive been doing great with my calorie counting and I haven't even been tempted to go to the vending machine at work. Even tho the snack freak loaded the machine to the hilt! UGH! Im starting to feel all around better in daily life tho. Much more energy and Ive been encourging my friends to make a lifestlye change. So sick of hearing "I can't right now" ... Get on or Get off!! :)
212.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
