Joining this group because I was at 200lbs and maintiaing my weight for a couple months with a pound increase/decrease here and there. In the last month I have began to gain weight, apporx (8 lbs), in the last two weeks. I have not changed any food/exercise habbits, in fact I have increased my exercising to running 2 miles every other day. No new meds or stressful events currenty in my life.

Could be you are gaining muscle. I find it helpful to measure myself monthly. I have been going up or down 3 or 4 pounds for the last several months, but continue to lose inches, so I know I'm losing fat and gaining muscle.

Currently doing the P90x weight workouts only (no cardio,yoga,ect) because I am running on my off days. So not lifting heavy weights by any means, just enough to tone muscles. I sure haven't noticed any muscle gain since I ahve been on the P90x program for the last 8+ months..
