Keep up the Work. This Site is a God Send to me and my wife. She has lost 40 lbs just by using this site and I have lost over 20. One Goal that we use that works great is keeping this in mind. 20 fat, 100-150 carbs As much Protien as Possible and Fiber. Stay away from Sat Fat. With The Kcal... I have notice if you keep these metrics down as much as possible with the fat and Carbs, the Kcals are not that much of a deal. I hope this helps. I pass this info onto others and has worked.. Oh. and eat like 5 times a day. Small meals and snacks, that will keep your system working all day. Key- Veggies. Veggies have good fiber, and are good snacks when you get creative with them. Exp. I had a great steak out with my wife on a date night. Instead of the Potatos, I just asked for two servings of mixed veg, added A-1 to them, and it was amazing. Rock On and Have Fun , don't stress it.
