I just worked out for the longest time!
10 mins on crosstrainer
40 mins on treadmill (25 warm up and 15 min cool down)
30 mins on bike
15/20 mins on rower
25 mins weights
so just over 2 hours :) awsome im hoping this shows a drop in my weight tomorrow fingers crossed i am feeling so elated and happy it is unreal.
dont you love that feeling you push and push to get to the gym and then once your there and done it just feels amazing!!

GOOD WORK!!! I love the feeling of a good workout!! I think I might have to do a similar 2hour session to see those lb's drop by my monday weigh in!!!!!
