Well...I over estimated what I weighed. I was already down to about 149 so I have lost about 2lbs I would guess. I will have to start to actually keep track of what I am losing.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
